Theme: Listen Up -Messages from God

Date: June 22-26

Time: 6:45pm - 8:45pm

... will be an exciting week of Bible stories, games, crafts, and refreshments as we together learn more about the Old Testament prophets Isaiah, Jonah, Amos and Daniel.

Classes for children ages 4 thru grade 8 will learn about God's messages of hope, transformation, mercy, justice, and faithfulness, as together we discover how these messages still hold true for us today! Grades 7-8 will produce and print the Galilean Daily News for distribution the last evening.

Everyone will participate in ten different LINKS (two per evening).

Listen for God - listen to God's voice in nature as we make wind chimes.

God's Message Board - Create a message board with a message fro God.

Edible Messages - Create and bake an edible scroll containing  a message from God inside.

Media Messages - Critique messages in commercials on TV, radio, and in magazines.

Messages 0f Love - Share in mission project by knotting a quilt or creating beads.

Spread the message - Learn to know the fisherman as you learn how to cast a net ...

Places Prophets Lived - Explore how to live in a tent and eat foods as O.T. prophets did.

Prophet Games - Play games to connect with messages of O.T. prophets.

Singing With Harps - Create your own small harp and learn new songs to sing with it.

Messages of Hope in Nepal - Learn about Nafzigers' mission outreach in Nepal.
